1. Do I need an appointment?
Yes, appointments are essential for all brides. We will confirm your appointment either by phone or email.
2. What sizes do you offer?
Our dresses come in sizes 2-24. Typically, the dresses we receive are new with tags, samples or have been used in bridal shows. We usually have only one size available for a particular dress style.
3. Is it really free? What’s the catch?
Absolutely, the dresses are genuinely free for need-based brides. There are no hidden costs or catches. All you have to do is BELIEVE and let us work our FAIRY MAGIC!
4. What should I expect at the appointment?
During your appointment, you'll meet with The Fairy Godmother and her assistant, who will assist you in finding a dress that matches both your size and style. We'll inquire about your wedding details— location/venue, date, and theme, this will help us pick dresses that complement your wedding vibe. With robes to wear in between fittings and floor length mirrors, your bridal gown try-on experience will be comparable to that of any other bridal shop. Appointments typically last 1 to 2 hours, and if you find your dream dress, you can take it home with you the same day!
5. When should I start dress shopping?
We recommend starting dress shopping at least 6 months before your wedding date. While all our dresses are on-site and won't need ordering, allowing ample time ensures you can make alterations and find accessories that perfectly match.
6. Do you offer in-house alterations?
No, we do not provide alteration services.
7. Do you offer anything other than bridal gowns?
We receive donated luxury bridal gowns. While we have veils for try-ons, we do not offer them for donation or purchase. Additionally, we do not provide bridesmaid dresses or men’s formalwear.
8. How many people can I bring to my appointment?
You may bring as many guests to your fitting appointment as you wish, and we ask that no children under the age of 10 be present; we respectfully request no infants. This ensures a focused and comfortable experience for everyone, especially the bride to be, as this is YOUR SPECIAL DAY!
